Cost and environmental analysis of surgical reusable and surgical disposable masks in food factory

En 14683 certified disposable mask from market and a resuable mask produced from Ariteks Arox T2 Wr/Antibac certified for En 14683 and Iso 18184(antiviral) usage cost is compared in an food factory project in Istanbul Turkey. The mask is produced by Halter Insaat As.

Mask from Arox T2 Wr/antibac fabric with antibacterial and antiviral function gives ultimate hygenie and usage confort full day on the workers. The fabric is also water/oil and blood repellent.

Silver Pro Mask from Halter(R) is calculated to be washed up to 200 times. And it can be used all day without any problem. No any humidity formation or any odor during all day usage. The mask can be sterilisized at 60'C at the end of the day even at the end of the day there is no any bacteries formations on the fabric. The disposable mask can be used up to 2 hour. After 2 hour need to be changed due to humidity and odor formation.

Every work shift is calculated at 8 hour as normal working conditions. But this can be higher during those Covid-19 days.
